Our client in the real estate sector is looking for an experienced financial professional to assist them as they approach year end.

About the Opportunity

• Completion of year end files for multiple properties including bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and review of G/L, etc
• Preparation of working papers for auditor review
• Assist in providing required information and dealing with queries on due diligence matters

About You

• CPA Designated
• Experience with Yardi
• 5+ years of real estate sector experience

Pay Rate

$50/hour
