Financial Specialist - 6 Month Contract (Closed)

About the Opportunity

  • Manage Monthly and Quarterly Accounting Closing Process
  • Review General Ledger transactions and prepare accurate journal entries
  • Balance Sheet account reconciliations
  • Invoice Processing and Payment Processing
  • Prepare and complete financial analysis as required
  • Assist with GST and QST Tax Return

About You

  • College Diploma in Accounting and/or Finance
  • Minimum of 5 years accounting and/or finance experience
  • Minimum of 2 years Experience in Full Accounting Cycle Operation
  • Intermediate Knowledge of SAP
  • Experience in the Manufacturing industry
  • Intermediate Knowledge of MS Office including Excel, Word, Power Point, Vlookups and Pivot Tables
  • Basic Knowledge of International Taxation such as Non-Resident Tax Withholding
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay Rate

$60,000 - $65,000/year
