Financial Reporting Consultant

About the Opportunity

  • Consolidation and preparation of financial statements under IFRS
  • Statutory, management and BOD reporting
  • IFRS based financial reports and presentations to support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting requirements
  • Prepares quarterly and annual IFRS financial statements and related financial statement notes
  • Leads quarterly management disclosure and analysis (i.e. year-over-year analysis)
  • Ensures integrity of financial reporting by reviewing and approving changes to the general
  • ledger and automated system allocations
  • Monitors and reports on IFRS developments, exposure drafts and new and/or revise standards
  • Review accounting policy memos and provide accounting policy guidance to the business

About You

  • CPA Designation
  • 5+ years of relevant experience including IFRS based financial reporting preferably through a combination of public accounting and industry experience
  • Proficient with MS Excel and large ERP systems
