Our client is looking for a financial reporting consultant for a long term contract.

About the Opportunity

Preparation of consolidated financial statements and assist with MD&A under US GAAP and IFRS
Prepare information for Audit Committee and Board of Directors, as required
Perform analysis of significant differences between US GAAP and IFRS
Work with external auditors to provide required support for annual and quarterly financial statements

About You

5+ years of relevant experience combination of public accounting and industry
Experience with both US GAAP and IFRS
CPA Designation
External reporting experience in a public company

Pay Rate

$40/hour
