About the Opportunity

Assist in a variety of special project work including wind down and amalgamation of entities - prepare Trial Balance and Financial Statements as needed
Cleanup and books and financial records
Interact with external accounting and tax advisors as needed
Provide relevant reporting and analysis for the CEO as needed to support ongoing litigation

About You

CPA Designated
7+ years of relevant experience with previous experience in an owner managed environment
Excellent team player with ability to roll up their sleeves and perform detailed work

Pay Rate

$55/hour
