Financial Analyst, Real Estate (Closed)

Our client is looking for a Real Estate Analyst for a long term contract.

About the Opportunity

• Review, reconcile and analyze data provided by asset managers
• Manage flow of financial information from limited partnership investments
• Prepare investment funding and distribution entries
• Prepare journal entries to record mark to market adjustments
• Prepare other investment level entries as required, resulting from analysis and timing on investing activities, funding activities, ownership changes, reclassifications
• Assist with monitoring and reporting real estate investments against internal Investment Policies and Guidelines
• Monitor properties under development
• Prepare entity level financial statements

About You

• CPA Designated
• 3+ years of experience in real estate finance
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with relevant ERP systems

Pay Rate

$80,000/year
