About the Opportunity

  • Work closely with the Accounts Payable Clerk
  • Manage all aspects of purchasing and accounts payable function to ensure accuracy and timelines
  • Develop, implement and maintain systems, procedures and policies, including Accounts Payable functions to ensure adherence to company guidelines
  • Ensure invoices and payments are processed within the deadlines and due dates
  • Review Accounts Payable documentations for accuracy
  • Preparing accounts payable register and related reports
  • Manage monthly closing of financial reports and posting of month-end information

About You

  • Over 5 years experience handling similar duties in a previous role
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Excel proficiency
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Large ERP experience

Pay Rate

$24 - $26/hour
