About the Opportunity

Prepare financial reports on a monthly and quarterly basis, including preparing journal entries
Assist with the annual budget process and quarterly forecasting
Prepare monthly HST returns, perform bank monthly reconciliations and review invoices to provide accurate coding as required
Manage the treasury process, monitor bank balances, allocate debt/interest and prepare compliance packages on a quarterly basis
Assist with the preparation of client-related activities, including calls, and distributions, as well as maintaining the integrity of records
Assist with the annual audit process and tax files
Participate in ad hoc request as requested

About You

1-4 years of experience with Financial analysis
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
Actively pursuing professional CPA designation
Real Estate experience would be preferred
Working knowledge of financial statements and related notes, including ASPE and IFRS will be an asset
Highly proficient with MS Excel
Self-starter and have the ability to work independently and as a part of a team
Fully vaccinated- proof will be required

Salary
$85,000/year
