Financial Analyst (Closed)

About the Opportunity

• Prepare quarterly management reporting package including board package, along with analyzing and comparing financial information to historical data and budget targets
• Prepare quarterly care revenue and other analysis
• Prepare working paper files for properties under development.
• Costs tracking and preparing capital requirements for projects under development
• Prepare annual operating budgets and monthly rolling forecasts, and consolidated annual budgets
• Prepare monthly cash flows for properties and ensure adequate funds are in place for operations
• Assist with Accounting and Tax Consolidations, five-year plans, financial models for development projects, various system implementations, and annual audit
• Other duties as required

About You

• A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
• University degree in Accounting or Bookkeeping
• Holding or working toward an accounting professional designation is preferred
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel & Word skills required
• Must be able to process high volumes of work quickly, efficiently, accurately and independently
• Knowledge of YARDI is an asset
• Applicants must have excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, problem solving, patience and the ability to multi-task

Salary

$80,000/year
