About the Opportunity

• Support FP&A Director and Procurement Director to determine target savings from various initiatives and track actuals to these targets, providing insightful variance analysis
• Support implementation of P2P system, including data entry and test cases
• Update the business cases for Procurement and World Class Back Office initiatives (using data from Hyperion system) and investigate variances to plan / target
• Prepare Procurement and World Class Back Office slides for Steering Committee deck
• Assist FP&A Director with production of PowerPoint deck for Steering Committee, including investigation of variances to plan. Will be required to provide coverage for vacations and peak times
• Actively seek and lead continuous improvement opportunities
• Assist with miscellaneous projects as and when required

About You

• Accounting Designation
• Strong analytical skills including being able to identify key drivers of variances
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment and consistently deliver on time with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills, including working knowledge of pivot-tables and graphs
• Good working knowledge of PowerPoint and MS Word
• Working knowledge of Hyperion is an asset

Pay Rate

$40/hour
