• Manages the technical side of all daily, monthly, quarterly and year end reporting and analysis
• Develops and analyses ad-hoc reports and models as required
• Assists in development and production of monthly forecast and annual budget processes
• Develops, updates and maintains standard cost files
• Analyzes and explains manufacturing variances
• Establishes good working relationships with stakeholders within the organization
• Identifies opportunities for performance improvement across the organization
• Supports internal and external stakeholders with data, reporting and analysis
• Communicates results and findings clearly and concisely – both orally and in writing

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years combined experience in accounting / finance
• Previous experience in reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis is strongly desired
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with high credibility at all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated flexibility, strong commitment to meeting deadlines, and solid decision-making skills
• Fast-paced, detail oriented and organized
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint and MS Word
• Experience with MS Query / another SQL query language is a plus
• Familiarity with manufacturing standard cost accounting is a plus

Salary

$60,000 - $65,000/year
