About the Opportunity

Maintain Master Patient file identifying billings, expenses vs Estimates provided to patients
Provide detail departmental analysis of actual expenditure vs budget
Identify expense trends and provide explanations to variances
Develop, maintain and distribute ad-hoc reports and financial models as needed
Prepare detailed forecasts based on current trends
Prepare profitability analysis by patient and treatment to help make finance decisions
Analyze and review all expense accounts to ensure proper recording of transactions
Provide support and assistance to the Manager in the departmental administrative functions and other duties as assigned or required
Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department
Manage monthly special financial results and variance analysis to ensure appropriate controls over project performance in conjunction with Finance Manager
Perform other tasks as assigned

About You

Enrolled in CPA designation or in final stages, recently designated
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent program
Experience in financial planning and analysis
Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in accounting or similar accounting position
Ability to work accurately under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (macros and pivot tables)
Experience with SAP
Strong communication skills, verbal and written

Pay Rate

$28 - $30/hour
