Our client is a Canadian menswear brand. They are looking for a Finance Manager who will be responsible for the cash flow forecast, inventory control and valuation in a manufacturing setting and assisting with the annual budgeting/forecasting process.

About the Opportunity

• Manage a department of 2-3 team members
• Prepare and review internal and external monthly financial reporting packages
• Assist with annual budgeting process and manage monthly forecasting
• Oversee cash receipts, disbursements and quarterly cash flow
• Inventory control and valuation
• Reconciliation of inter-company transactions
• Manage all payroll functions including weekly payroll processing and government remittances
• Administer the company benefit plan for both union and non-union employees
• Develop and analyze manufacturing efficiency reports and identify areas for improvement
• Explore innovative ways to provide continuous process improvements company wide

About You

• CPA
• 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing at supervisor/manager level
• Solid knowledge and understanding of laws and regulations surrounding payroll

Salary Range
$90,000 - $100,000/year
