Our client is the owner/ partner of one of the largest real estate organizations in North America. They are looking to hire a Finance Manager who will be responsible for the accounting and operations of their family office.

About the Opportunity
- Full cycle Accounting for Holding companies
- Reporting on Trust operations
- Off balance sheet tracking (create and update Pro Formas)
- Create centralized investment schedules and summaries
- Work with Property Managers to create and maintain budget for real estate properties
About You
- CPA designation
- Minimum 5 years experience in full cycle accounting
- Accounting/ bookkeeping experience for holding companies and trusts an asset
- T1/ T2 experience an asset
Salary Range
$100,000 - $120,000/year
