Finance & Investor Relations Administrator (Closed)

About the Opportunity
Investors Relations (50%) 

• Assist with producing reports and presentations for existing and prospective investors 
• Assist with different operational aspects during fundraising of private equity funds 
• Assist company with branding initiatives 
• Collaborate with the Investment team to provide portfolio company updates to investors 
• Assist with special projects and/or events 

Accounting (50%) 

• Monitor bank account activities and generate daily account reports 
• Prepare monthly bank and investment account reconciliations 
• Prepare invoices to portfolio companies for advisory fees and expense recoveries 
• Organize and manage accounting records 
• Prepare accruals for quarterly financial reporting 

About You 

• Business or Accounting diploma preferred 
• Multitasker with ability to meet timelines 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail 
• Team-oriented; demonstrates a commitment to shared success  
• Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel 

Pay Rate 
$23 - $25/hour
