About the Opportunity

  • Process accounts payable and enter accounting documents into ERP
  • Record bank transactions, reconcile bank deposits
  • Maintain financial records and compile data for reports, budgets and forecasts
  • Process weekly payments of vendor invoices and expense reports
  • Assist with payroll reconciliations
  • Perform month-end and year-end duties

About You

  • 3-5 years of relevant working experience
  • Working experience with large ERP
  • University Degree or College Diploma
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Excel
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proven organization and interpersonal skills

Pay Rate

$24 - $26/hour
