About the Opportunity 

• Prepare annual software invoices from software contracts 
• Coordinate with our customer success team for approvals for software renewal invoicing 
• Own the billing process for bundled sales contract 
• Assist with software deferred revenue process i.e. recognizing monthly revenue in accordance with IFRS 
• Review contracts for unusual accounting treatment 
• Assist with prepaid professional service schedule and recognize revenue in accordance with IFRS 
• Coordinate with professional services team to support the time tracking function 

About You 

• CPA designation or in process 
• Experience with Netsuite specifically in billing and invoicing cycle 
• 3+ years of experience of accounting experience, preferably in software or technology environment 
• Advanced Excel 
• Knowledge of NetSuite Advanced Revenue Module (ARM) a strong asset 
• Accuracy and attention to detail while working under tight deadlines 
• Ability to follow through and complete overlapping projects 
• Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills 

Pay Rate 

$45/hour
