About the Opportunity
- Batching, coding, and processing a high-volume of invoices
- Completing complex reconciliations
- Receiving and processing donations
- Preparing deposit slips
- Data entry into new accounting system
- Ad hoc accounting/admin duties as assigned
- 3+ years of General Accounting experience – Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, complex reconciliations, data entry
- Large ERP experience – one of Great Plains, QuickBooks, or Sage 50 preferred.
- Strong MS Excel – Pivot tables and vlookups
- Excellent communication skills
- Available to work 2-3 days/week in office
$23 - $25/hour
