About the Opportunity

  • Accounts Payable management, including maximizing utility of newly acquired invoice management software
  • Month-end account preparation for various legal entities
  • Forecasting cash requirements for corporate office
  • Preparation of wire, cheque and EFT payments
  • Intercompany billing preparation and accounting
  • Monthly foreign exchange preparation
  • Corporate credit card management
  • Assist with corporate budget and forecast process
  • Support systems implementation
  • Ad hoc projects as assigned

About You

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Completion of a post-secondary program with Finance or Accounting courses
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite
  • Experience working with QuickBooks
  • Strong ability to self-motivate and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication (written, oral, and presentation) and administrative skills, with the ability to interact effectively with different groups and levels within the organization
  • Exceptional organizational skills, to prioritize and complete assignments and projects independently, while balancing competing needs and attending to detail

Pay Rate

$21 - $23/hour
