Field Training Consultant - 3 Month Contract x3 (Closed)

About the Opportunity

  • 2,500 tablets will need to be installed between May and July
  • Visit 3 sites per week (on-average)
  • Training cycles are 1 week long, with up to 300 staff per site
  • Training is a mix of both classroom and hands-on experience in the School Bus
  • Troubleshoot and document any minor tablet issues if they arise
  • Travel expenses will be reimbursed
  • Most sites will be located with the GTA, with the remainder at various locations across Canada

About You

  • Strong previous experience in a customer service, education, or client-facing role
  • Strong interest and/or previous experience working in a technology-focused role
  • Strong general knowledge of Android OS and mobile devices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with users and stakeholders
  • Strong previous experience working with a multicultural and diverse group of Stakeholders
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and team player
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and manage changing priorities
