- Provides executive support
- Schedule and organize meetings, including arranging the meeting room
- Handle telephone calls with professionalism
- Book travel arrangements for occasional international business travel
- Manage digital and paper filing systems ensuring that files are organized and easy to find
- 5+ years of EA experience/supporting VP/C-Suites
- Excellent communication skills
$27 - $30/hour
