About The Opportunity
- Responsible for managing Outlook accounts of executives
- Support executives with meeting preparation, both internally and externally
- Prepare and revise reports and presentations and ensure they are free of error
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support
About You
- Intermediate level administrative support experience (5+ years)
- Post-secondary education in a related discipline
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven ability to multi-task in a professional, high pressure financial services environment, supporting several senior level executives simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written skills are necessary
Pay Rate
$30/hour
