About the Company
Our client is a leader in the development, manufacturing and distribution industry by providing innovative solutions to their customers. They are looking to hire an Executive Assistant to work collaboratively with department managers to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of communication in the Finance department establishing, monitoring and supporting policies and procedures.
About the Opportunity
- Provide executive-level administrative support; manage calendars, email, phone
- Prepare travel arrangements, reservations, meeting agendas and powerpoint presentations
- Compose and communicate policies and procedures, corporate announcements
- Assist with documentation of job descriptions, compensation plans, employee reviews
- Assist with coordination of internal and external events, and visits from advisors
- Oversee and follow up on projects within the department, ensuring tasks are performed on a timely basis and deadlines are met
- Coordinate notices received for insured and non insured incidents claims with brokers / legal advisors and Senior management
- Coordinate with Corporate lawyers / advisors on patents and trademarks; Contracts, Corporate Resolutions and minute book updates
About You
- College Diploma or bachelors degree
- At least 3-5 years of previous experience working as executive assistant, legal experience an asset
- Advanced skills in MS Outlook, MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Salary
$55,000 - $60,000/year
