About the Opportunity
- Organizing and coordinating executive meetings, and preparing meeting materials
- Writing, reviewing, proofreading, and editing documents, reports, and correspondence prepared for executive signatures
- Receiving and screening all inbound phone calls, emails, and visitors for the executive office
- Taking and distributing meeting-minutes
- Set-up, organization, and maintenance of paper and online filing systems
- Completing expense reports, paying invoices, and other related duties for the President
- Preparing travel plans and arrangements, and making reservations for the President and other executive staff
- Reviewing, evaluating, and distributing priority correspondence to executive team
About You
- Significant experience as an executive assistant supporting high-level executives, business founders, and/or shareholders
- Experience working in a highly confidential environment
- Advanced level experience with the Microsoft Office suite, including document formatting, spreadsheets and formulas, and PowerPoint
- Post-secondary degree is an asset
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
Salary
$70,000 - $85,000/year
