Enterprise Application Support Analyst - D365 (Closed)

About the Company   

Our client is a well known manufacturer, and they are looking to hire an ERP Application Support Analyst. 

About the Opportunity 

• This team is providing administration and application support to the user base for Microsoft Dynamics ERP (D365 F&O) 

• This role will be speaking directly to business users (e.g., Finance/Accounting group) on solving their issues as they relate to the ERP, this group will also complete small changes and config items for the application 

• This person will be in a team of 5 including the manager 

About You 

• Proven hands-on enterprise experience in ERP administration and support (D365 or any Dynamics ERP preferred) 

• Understanding of Accounting concepts/processes (AR/AP/GL/etc.) 

• Experience in fast-paced environments 

• Excellent communication skills 

• Ability to commute to the office 2 days a week 

Bonus Items: 

• D365 F&O or any Dynamics ERP (GP/NAV/AX) experience 

• Strong understanding of support best practices/processes (ITIL) 

• SQL  

• Manufacturing/Retail experience 

• BA/QA exposure 

Salary Range 

$90,000/year
