About the Company

Our client is a not-for-profit corporation, a leader in the industry, and they are looking to hire a Full-Time Financial Application Support Manager to join and lead their project team.

About the Opportunity

• The Application Support Manager will ‘own’ the Dynamics 365 CRM environment for the company
• We are looking for someone who has great functional knowledge of the system – capabilities, typical feature roadmaps, how the CRM can help the business, processes for making changes, managing the queue of changes/feature additions, managing integration with 3rd party add-ons, managing vendors who are doing hardcore development/implementation, etc.
• This role is Ideal for someone who is coming out of implementation positions – a Senior Consultant or Senior BA/BSA with CRM D365 implementation experience, as the client is moving from an Inhouse custom CRM to D365 CRM
• This is a new implementation! The Application Support Manager will be leading a team, so any leadership/management experience is a big plus

About You

• Experience managing CRM D365 environments for an organization AND/OR experience implementing it for organizations
• Experience in Dynamics 365 CRM operations and support, with an understanding of end-to-end solution development, deployment, and testing (using internal teams and/or vendors)
• Proven understanding of D365 CRM capabilities/roadmaps/features
• Experience working with the business units to understand high level CRM requirements
• Serve as manager and/or lead of project teams.
• Strong communication skills
• Staff supervisory experience is an asset
• Vendor management experience is an asset
• Application support experience is an asset
• Experience with membership organizations is an asset
