Our client is one of the largest education institutes in Canada is looking to hire a Dynamics CRM Architect

About the Opportunity

• The D365 CRM Architect will report to the Director of IT and will work closely with the Dynamics CRM Development team
• Will Lead/manage the delivery of Dynamics 365/Power Platform implementations
• Will help achieve business goals and objectives by aligning the solution architecture (standards and existing application portfolio) and help maximize ROI in MS Azure Cloud
• The role will provide architectural direction in areas such as user experience, configuration and customization, data migration, application integration, quality assurance, change management, instance strategy, and environment provisioning
• Will identify problems, solutions and suggest available options
• Proof-of-concept coding, C# (40%)

About You

• 7+ years of experience in CRM/CE design, development, testing, and deploying (delivery) software solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365
• 5+ years (or 3+ years in projects) implementation experience with Customer Engagement in enterprise scenarios
• Strong hand-on in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI and Power Automate)
• Experience in ASP.Net MVC (model–view–controller) and API development using C#.  (Plug-in development (C#)
• Deep understanding of the Microsoft Azure Cloud
• Practical experience in 3rd party Integrations, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, and Azure API Management
• Experience with Proof-of-Concept coding

Bonus Items

• Microsoft Certifications: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect Expert certification or Power Platform Solution Architect Expert certification is a plus
• Completion of FastTrack Architect bootcamp is a plus
• TOGAF 9 certification is a plus
• Certified Scrum Product Owner is a plus
• Experience with systems integration using JSON, SOAP, REST technologies will be an asset
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops, Azure Pipelines an asset

Salary Range
$160,000/year
