About the Opportunity

• Define and communicate a product roadmap and implementation plans in support of our client's platform vision, and communicate these to both internal and external audiences
• Drive decisions around prioritization, functionality, and user experience in a highly agile and fast-paced environment
• Oversight of end-to-end product delivery working seamlessly with Engineering to design and plan product implementation as well as with Cloud Operations to deliver in support of aggressive business targets
• Working closely Support, Customer Experience teams, and directly with customers to understand product needs from adoption through ongoing value realization
• Working closely with Marketing to ensure effective product messaging, adherence to branding and product launch planning
• Provide leadership on the competitive product landscape, identify current and potential competitors, research competitive products, and maintain and communicate competitive information

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or other relevant product management discipline or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of leadership experience in product management and creating customer-facing products with customers
• 5 years of Product Management experience in the development of Robotic Process Automation or related solutions
• Experience working with Engineering and Development teams to ensure timing and quality of product deliverables
• Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products in a B2B market
• Experience with cloud-based product definition, development, and delivery, using agile approaches
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Expertise in managing time and schedules to meet aggressive deadlines and influence through persuasive written and verbal communication
• A provocative leader who pursues cutting-edge technologies and both drives and encourages teams to deliver
• Excellent organization, communication, presentation and demonstration skills
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
• Pragmatic, results-focused, “get it done” attitude
• Minimum 5 years enterprise experience in Product Marketing
• Experienced with Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, and UiPath RPA products
• Experienced with Process Mining and Task Mining technologies
• Experienced with process modeling concepts, techniques, practices, and notations

Salary

$140,000 - $180,000/year
