Our client is a growing private manufacturing company that provides products and services to a broader global industry. They are looking for a Director of Treasury who will be responsible for overseeing the corporate treasury function for the corporate finance division.

About the Opportunity

• Cash management banking in a multi-currency environment, and manage financial institution relationships
• Manage intercompany cash, including intercompany lending, dividends and capital injections
• Implement new bank technologies, products and services to improve cash cycle
• Research economic trends and investment opportunities
• Prepare and manage short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts and analysis
• Ensure adequate liquidity for working capital needs and invest short-term excess cash
• Manage monthly foreign currency reporting and foreign currency positions
• Review projected cash flows and forecasted foreign currency projections
• Develop and monitor treasury operational policies and strategies
• Develop treasury performance indicators, and prepare quarterly treasury report for senior management
• Coordinate annual credit reviews with banks
• Ensure compliance with debt agreements
• Oversee electronic banking administration
• Optimize banking structures, maximizing returns on cash balances
• Negotiate bank and service fees
• Monitor company’s credit information in the public domain (e.g. D&B)
• Oversee letters of credit
• Manage corporate insurance program, and coordinate annual renewals
• Oversee the management of the Company’s retirement plan investments
• Provide training and coaching related to treasury functions to direct reports and respective reporting units

About You

• CPA, MBA, or CTP
• 8-10 years of treasury experience at the Senior Manager level or above
• Multi-currency treasury experience
• Strong financial modelling skills and the ability to deal with multiple priorities

Salary Range

$140,000 - $150,000/year
