Our client is a global leader in innovative healthcare products. They are looking for a Director of Finance who will be responsible for the overall financial leadership of the company including all financial analysis, reporting and control.

• Finance leader for multiple entities in a shared service environment, representing the financial perspective in all matters of company strategy.
• Oversees completion of month-end and year-end accounting processes and reporting requirements.  Ensures accurate and timely completion of company-wide financial, controlling and KPI reporting.
• Directs budget process to align company resources with strategic plan while ensuring compliance with corporate requirements. 
• Project management and oversight of various system and business process changes to driver greater financial visibility and efficiency.
• Develops and ensures proper financial control and corporate compliance for company processes and departments.
• Expert advisor to organizational leaders through interpretation and explanation of financial information, assisting in corporate decision-making and budgeting.
• Communicate financial performance to Senior Management team in Canada and Switzerland.
• Liaise with various corporate departments (brand controlling, WHS controlling, corporate controlling, operations controlling, tax, legal) and other Group Companies regarding financial matters and local operations.
• Leading, developing and mentoring team members, and building a strong and high performing culture.
• Performs other duties as required.

• CPA
• Min 8 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in IFRS reporting
• Director level candidates preferred

Salary Range 
$160,000 - $180,000/year
