About the Opportunity

  • Configure & Design campaigns to meet customer business needs by understanding their database architecture and setting-up ETL and data-flows
  • Troubleshooting and resolution with Proactive problem diagnosis.
  • Formation of accurate estimates and quotations for consulting services
  • Formation and maintenance of relevant documentation including requirements, functional and technical specs that define and support the solution
  • Modify customer specific solutions where necessary and document them
  • Make Implementation plans for new and existing clients
  • Knowledge transfer/Training to customers on solution implemented
  • Work with Clients to assess requirements while ensuring that the solution provided is the best one to fit their needs
  • Accomplish Product Upgrades and Configuration activities
  • Reporting on project delivery to Project Management and Manage projects on your own in Ownership of the technology solution from estimation and design through to delivery, acceptance and operation
  • The smaller projects which don’t have dedicated Project Managers
  • Building great working relationship with Onshore Consulting team, Learn and Adopt best-practices from such teams globally
  • Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure professional delivery of technical implementations

About You

  • University or College degree in related field
  • 8+ years of experience
  • Excellent communication skills to ensure effective customer interactions, communications, and documentation
  • Experience setting up a fresh instance of Adobe Campaign to go live for at least 4 clients
  • Experience creating complex scheduled multi touch campaigns
  • Experience creating complex deliveries with more than 5 personalization fields
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Capacity to work under pressure, think quickly, delivering to tight deadlines
  • Metric management - with continuous improvement in mind
  • Capacity to work under flexible timings, 8 hours per day overlapping client time zones
  • Excellent presentation and customer facing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients, projects and teams simultaneously, set and manage Risk & Dependency management - with safety & effectiveness in mind
