About the Company  

Our client is a technology company that is focused on developing cutting edge solutions for the logistics/ transportation industry and they are looking to hire a BI Developer in their Brampton location. 

About the Opportunity 

• This role will be working with our client’s business users to make sure they have the PowerBI reports/dashboards they need 

• The role will include both ETL (getting the raw data ready by getting it from various sources using MS tools - SSIS/SSRS) and PowerBI (visualization of data through reports and dashboards) 

• We are looking for a technical individual who also has experience gathering requirements from non-technical business users (finance, operations, sales, etc.), getting the raw data ready, and completing the reports/dashboards 

About You 

• Proven expert-level ETL skills in Microsoft ecosystem - MSSQL, SSIS, SSAS 

• Strong SQL and skills (including triggers / views/ joins, stored procedures, etc.) 

• Strong reporting experience with PowerBI 

• Experience with requirements gathering from non-technical business users 

• Experience pulling data from ERP/CRM systems is a plus 

• Exposure to EDI is a plus 

Salary Range 

$100,000/year
