Job Highlights

About the Opportunity  

  • Recording of Orders: Through multiple mediums (EDI or Manual) 

  • Invoicing: Reconciling Picking Slip with Order 

  • Reconciling different pricing promotions to appropriate customer and period 

  • Following up on Customer enquiries and directing them to the correct resource to assist 

  • Primary Contact for French communications, this would involve Customer calls, emails, letters, etc. 

  • Issuing appropriate credit notes 

About You 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role 

  • Previously communicated with Customers in both French and English 

  • ERP experience considered an asset but not a requirement 

  • Effective communication 

  • Attention to detail 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 

  • Computer skills (including basic MS Excel) 

Hourly Rate 

$25 - $27/hr
