Data Conversion Specialist - 12-Month Contract (Closed)

About the Opportunity

• Manage the development, analysis, and coordination of data file conversions
• Manage the mapping of data sources, data movement, with the goal of ensuring data quality
• Interpret existing business rules and data and act as a key resource in converting data from legacy systems
• Develop and validate business rules
• Manage data mapping, interfaces, mock conversion work, enhancements, actual conversion, and verify completeness and accuracy of converted data
• Participate in the conversion of data into a format that can be accessed by the system of choice (Workday, SAP, etc.)
• Oversee all aspects of the conversion process
• Work directly with internal stakeholders to ensure that data conversion requirements and issues are addressed in a timely manner, and in line with project schedules
• Maintain current knowledge and awareness of industry best practices, tools, and other technical skills related to data conversion

About You

• 3-5+ Years' experience
• Experience working with Data Migration
• Experience with Workday, SAP
• Experience working with SQL or another similar programming language
• Deadline driven
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to multi-task
• Proven ability to be detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
