About the Company  

Our client is a large financial services company located downtown, and they are looking to hire a Data Architect.

About the Opportunity

• We are looking for someone who is coming out of Data-focused roles with design / architecture / solutioning background.
• This person will be working in a few main areas:

• MDM (Master Data Management)
• ETL (they use Infromatica)
• Data Warehousing (they are implementing Snowflake)
• Analytics/Reporting (they use Power BI, SAP Business Objects, Salesforce Einstein)
• Cloud data solutions (they use AWS Aurora)

• This is not a hands-on role, but it's very intensive on communication - dealing with stakeholders, working on POCs, collaborating with vendors on solutioning, etc
• This person must be a very good communicator/collaborator as their solutions will always involve multiple teams/vendors/business units/etc

About You

• Progressive senior level Data-focused positions
• Proven experience with design / architecture of POCs and Data solutions
• Experience with MDM, ETL, DW, BI
• Exposure to cloud data solutions
• Very good communication and presentation skills (business-facing role)
• Commute to downtown office 1 day/week

Bonus items:

• Exposure to financial services/investments vertical

• Data Governance / Data Quality standards experience
• AWS Aurora
• Informatica ETL / Data Governance tools

Salary Range

$120,000/year plus bonus
