About the Opportunity

• Build relationships with business partners to understand existing business situations and needs, and translate business needs to requirements
• Work with internal and external IT resources or vendors to conduct research into existing and emerging technologies to meet business requirements
• Convey solution concepts, benefits and risks to different level of business partners
• Create, lead and execute UAT testing for quality assurance
• Support the solution implementation
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy
• Daily, monthly billing reconciliation and controls
• End-to-end billing operations, including billing, payments, bill message, direct mail and self-serve billing platform
• Address customer billing escalations and complaints
• Prepare and present billing related analytical reports
• Manage billing third party service providers relationship
• Support billing audits and clean ups

About You

• Completion of a post-secondary degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Computer Science or Engineering
• 2-3 years of work experience in a related role
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent working knowledge of pivot tables, vlook ups, advanced SQL

Salary

$50,000 - $55,000/year
