Cyber Security Specialist (Mandarin speaking)

Our client is a Canadian chartered bank that provides comprehensive retail and corporate banking services

About the Opportunity

• This person will be working very closely with the Chief Risk Officer and working on ensuring that they have the right policies, standards, necessary security framework and tools to protect the organizational data and precent breaches
• Currently they have ISO 27001 as their framework which is matured and the responsibility for this person will be to ensure that the framework is upgraded periodically and all the necessary changes are implemented as per business requirements
• For their Microsoft infrastructure, vulnerability and patch management they are using WSUS
• The role has a split of 70% cyber security, governance, and implementation and 30% hands on work with vulnerability assessment, pen testing and threat management, etc

• Banking or financial industry experience
• Mandarin speaking
• Cyber security generalist with around 10 years of min experience
• Hands on experience with ISO 270001 security framework with experience in upgrades, adding new features, etc.
• Working with vendors / 3rd party providers and be able to identify risks while onboarding them to bank systems or integrating with other applications.
• Vulnerability assessment, threat management, pentesting, etc.
• Cyber Security certifications
• Be able to commute to Richmond hill

• Previous infrastructure security experience

Salary Range
$130,000/year
