Customer Service Representative, Order Entry - 3 to 6 Month Contract (Closed)

About the Opportunity

  • Accurately enter customer orders into ERP software
  • Assist customers with any complications during order process
  • Be a point of contact for any customer returns
  • Liaise with Accounts Receivable team on status of payments

About You

  • 2-3 years of relevant customer service experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Successful completion of post-secondary education
  • High attention to detail

Pay Rate

$16 - $17/hour
