About the Opportunity
- Accurately enter customer orders into ERP software
- Assist customers with any complications during order process
- Be a point of contact for any customer returns
- Liaise with Accounts Receivable team on status of payments
- Manage and update Account Summary Report for active customers
- 2-3 years of relevant customer service experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Successful completion of post-secondary education
- High attention to detail
$16 - $17/hour
