About the Opportunity
- Adhere to schedules for shifts, training
- Daily attendance is paramount
- Be available to customers
- Always be compliant on every inbound and outbound call to manage risk, i.e. perform security checks on every call
- Maintain a professional work space
- Read and respond to emails and voicemails frequently
- Manage outstanding items in a timely manner
- Attend mandatory phone coaching on weekly basis
- Work on special projects between calls as assigned
- Work on rejected documents between calls
About You
- Excellent Communication- both written and oral
- Fast learner
- Strong Organization skills
- Able to work in different team settings
- Technological Proficiency / Knowledge
- Product Knowledge on the administrative functions of mutual funds
- Assisting in Achieving / Driving Results for the department
- Ethical Standards/Acts with Integrity
- Mutual fund/ Financial industry Knowledge
- Managing risk and maintain compliant
- Able to Multi task and have a strong time management skills
- Attention to detail
- High School diploma or GEID required: College and University degree preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication (English, French / Cantonese if applicable)
- Microsoft Office/ Outlook/ Window 7
- Competent in multiple computer applications
- Demonstrates the ability to identify and resolve problems
- Previous Call Centre experience
- Previous financial industry experience
