About the Opportunity
- Provide professional quality service to InvestorLine clients
- Answer incoming phone calls from clients regarding InvestorLine accounts, positions and balances
- Submit customer service requests accurately
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 4 years customer service related experience required in a call center environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Able to learn quickly
- Cantonese, Mandarin, and/or French skill set is an asset.
- Previous experience with MS Office and good navigation skills required.
$12 - $13/hour
