Customer Service Coordinator - Perm (Closed)

About the Opportunity   

  • Scheduling all appointments for purchasers 

  • Obtain Signoff on all completed work orders 

  • Answer all incoming calls and correspondence and arrange for appropriate replies 

  • Maintain customer care calendars as required. 

  • Track the completion of deficiencies and produce necessary reports.  

  • First point of contact for Customer querie 

About You 

  • 1+ years experience working in customer service in a low-rise/construction capacity specifically.  

  • Strong communication skills 

  • Access to a vehicle 

  • Tarion Warranty Services experience required 

  • Comfortable communicating and building relationships with service reps 


$55 000 - $65 000/year
