About the Opportunity

  • Responsible for future planned Wholesale CRM Platform migration from Siebel to Salesforce ensuring communication and requirements identified with the impacted business units
  • Responsible for the Wholesale CRM Platform (Siebel) and architecture ensuring it works seamlessly across the organization and captures all required information at key points in the customer lifecycle
  • Project Manager for systems and processes with regards to CRM Systems: Siebel, One-Eighty, Reynolds, and any other ad hoc systems
  • Support Manager, CRM systems with all Retailer CRM tasks, projects, and planning + strategies
  • Responsible for processes with all 3rd party data integrations – CRM agency, data lake, experiential, roadside, MINI, etc.
  • Responsible for the Customer central data administration by reviewing and analyzing all Customer and Prospect data ensuring accuracy of data. Develop new rules and enhancements or processes to maximize data quality
  • Primary responsibility of pushing all customer/prospect data to appropriate third parties following PIPEDA and legal compliance
  • Responsible for all Siebel releases including creation of test scripts, testing strategies etc.
  • Responsible for Siebel ticket management, sprints, and prioritization, as well as all larger Siebel project management
  • Responsible for integration of new projects and new business processes into all training material
  • Must ensure complete compliance with Canadian Privacy Laws including PIPEDA and CASL
  • Support all internal department data requests and manage safe sharing of customer data with approved processes
  • Responsible for data queries, counts, and final approval for all internal data requests and CRM communications, and all corresponding processes and checklists to ensure data is correct for deployments
  • Working closely with CRM Communications Specialist; manage day to day data automation relationships with CRM Agency including project plans, timelines and ongoing campaign data management
  • Support Manager, CRM systems with all CRM System projects which includes communication of business/system requirements and collaboration with other business stakeholders for testing of systems, implementation, training and support. This also includes the development of all Project Briefs, PMO and IT topics
  • Support of CRM system budget management, purchasing processes, and administration

About You

  • University Degree in Business Marketing, and/or specialized degree in CRM, Customer Experience, Database Marketing, CRM systems
  • 3 + years of industry knowledge or have experience in similar role
  • Project Management experience, IT background is an asset
  • Technical understanding of interfaces, and experience working on complex data integration project(s)
  • Ability to distill and explain technical information in a digestible way to the business, and provide actionable insights for decision-making
  • Excellent computer application skills with experience in CRM system architecture
  • Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytic ability and thought process, ability to problem solve
  • Ability to meet tight timelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer centric focused, self-motivated, results driven, with a strong attention to detail
  • Siebel CRM System experience or other CRM System experience (Sales Force, Adobe, Oracle, Dealer CRM etc.)
  • SQL experience an asset

Salary

$70,000 - $95,000/year
