CRM Administrator

About the Opportunity

  • Provides CRM training and support to staff on an ongoing basis to best utilize the system, implementing “how to” guides (video and written), ensuring adherence to processes and procedures and resolving user issues
  • Ensures all tools, processes and procedures are properly documented – including protecting client privacy and information
  • Proactively identifies gaps in the system and suggest improvements/optimization opportunities based on industry best practices and present recommendations to the stakeholders
  • Maintains Dynamics CRM and 3rd party addons by performing maintenance activities such as system logs verification, clean up, database optimization and version updates
  • Collaborates with Marketing, Sales, Cast, Operations and Compliance to identify CRM related automation requirements
  • Responsible for documenting requirements, process flow diagrams and scope documents
  • Responsible for obtaining requirements approval from various stakeholders involved in the process
  • Delivers CRM change request report to CFO for any changes made at database or workflow level
  • Performs system testing and prepare use cases scenarios and action plan for new rollouts
  • Works closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company – including: the revision of existing/development of new workflows or the full integration of Click Dimensions
  • Manages all service requests related to CRM and associated apps and liaises with Managed Services providers to resolve CRM issues
  • Identifies opportunities to improve the current infrastructure – including ways to improve the user experience based on employee feedback
  • Leads the development, testing and implementation of new CRM applications when applicable

About You

  • University degree from an accredited university
  • 2 years in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, or another CRM, preferably 5 years of progressive experience working with CRMs
  • Preferably holding Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification or currently studying for certification (MB200 - Microsoft Power Platform + Dynamics 365 Core)
  • Experience working with Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service modules
  • Experience working with ClickDimensions
  • Experience working with Scribe Insight integration tool would be an asset
  • Understanding of Microsoft Azure and SharePoint
  • Experience designing SSRS reports
  • Development experience (Basic: HTML, JavaScript and CSS – Advanced: C#)
  • Strong data analysis skills, including some statistical competency and ability to transform data into actionable insights

Pay Rate

$45 - $60/hour
