About the Opportunity

• Invoice verification against purchase agreements and purchase order
• Invoice coding and invoice entries in accounting books
• Account reconciliation and communication with operation staff and suppliers
• Assistance in cost analysis of core business units
• Assistance in payment preparation
• Assistance in month-end / year-end closing for A/P
• Maintenance of A/P documentation
• Assessment of purchase orders
• Inventory system update with new orders or changes
• Implementation of inventory administration policy with operation staff
• Assistance in order placing, where needed
• Assistance in month-end / year-end physical inventory
• Maintenance of inventory documentation
• Credit card reconciliation
• Recording and reconciliation of inter-company transactions
• Assistance in month-end / year-end closing for general accounting
• Other accounting or administration tasks as assigned by management

About You

• 5+ years of cost accounting experience
• Knowledge and skills of inventory administration
•  Knowledge of sales tax
• Working knowledge of full cycle of accounting
• High proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
• Strong analytical and self-learning ability
• Strong work ethics with team spirit
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, dead-line driven and capability of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
•  Excellent communication skills
• Fully vaccinated for COVID-19

Salary

$50,000 - $60,000/year
