About the Opportunity

• Add value and improve our operations by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.
• Perform site audits for various locations that are part of the Bill 198 (similar to SOX 404) In-scope site listing for CCL and its’ subsidiaries in Canada and the USA and potentially other international locations as required in accordance with the Bill 198 documentation.
• Review and analyze site financial results in preparation for conducting site visits
• Ability to appropriately gauge the impact (financial and/or operational) of findings
• Diagnoses of the root cause through consultation with relevant individuals, and accurate collection of all facts to be summarized and reported to various levels of management
• Ability to provide recommended action plans to assist sites in remediation of audit concerns and issues in a manner that is professional and value added to the organization
• Review of quarterly site submissions pertaining to the Bill 198 control matrices to ensure accuracy, clarification of any issues and provide assistance to sites regarding any remediation issues
• Ability to perform required audits within planned timeframes utilizing the appropriate level of detail required to perform the review
• Critically assess risk factors across multiple components in the development of the annual audit plan
• Ability to work independently and effectively
• Ad hoc financial analysis and investigation as required

About You

• CPA
• Prior audit experience
• Bill 198 / SOX 404 knowledge and experience is an asset

Salary Range
$80,000 - $90,000/year
