About the Opportunity

• Prepare, maintain, and communicate Daily Cash Position Report
• Compile and sort documents, such as invoices, debit and credit memos and expense reports, re-calculate and/or verify all charges, taxes, etc
• Handle all banking and Accounts Payable related tasks including, wires, EFTs, and account transfers
• Book all journal entries on Great Plains software system
• Ensure invoices are paid on a timely basis by compiling biweekly wire runs
• Prepare bank reconciliations, verifying accuracy of balances and charges for all accounts; record adjustments as required
• Prepare monthly HST filings
• Prepare billings related to recoverable expenses as required
• Assist in the preparation of the consolidated financial statements
• Assist in the preparation of tax financial statements
• Respond to queries related to above from staff, customers, suppliers, etc
• Provide audit related support to Managers
• Assist with special projects

About You

• 1+ years of experience processing full-cycle Accounts Payable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with MS Excel
• Excellent team player
• Detail-oriented

Salary
$55,000 - $65,000year
