About the Opportunity
- Prepare journal entries, analysis, account reconciliations and assist with month-end close processes
- Reconcile the bank ledgers with the bank statements and journalize the required adjustments
- Maintain Fixed Asset and Lease Schedule
- Calculate foreign exchange differences and adjusts the relevant accounts- multi-currency
- Journal entries for payroll expenses incurred during the month, based on information provided
- Respond to financial information request and assist with year-end audits
- Complete and file tax payments and returns
- Process employee expenses
- Other Adhoc duties as required
About You
- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration preferred
- 3+ years’ experience in a related field
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with ERP Systems
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Salary
$60,000 - $70,000/year
