Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist

About the Company 

Our client is a large specialty frozen food retailer,?and they are looking to hire a web content optimization specialist.  

About the Opportunity 

• Looking for a Web / Digital Specialist who will deal with organic optimization of the website - testing various content/navigation/UI elements to see which perform better in attracting/retaining visitors and converting to orders/inquiries according to analytics 

• Some SEO but it is a much smaller part of the role, the focus of the role is “testing various content/navigation/UI elements to see which perform better in attracting/retaining visitors and converting to orders/inquiries according to analytics” 

About You 

• Fluent in A/B testing methodologies and tools (e.g., Google Optimize, AB Tasty, Optimizely, Crazy Egg) and have had success in driving significant growth through testing, behavioral analytics, and website targeting 

• Experience with web and business analytics tools and reporting (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) - able to give examples of ROI (specific numbers) on how they improved or affected visitor behavior on websites by manipulating content/UI elements 

• Strong understanding of the most recent trends around consumer and enterprise web usage, UI/UX understanding (best practices of where to put visual elements to drive behavior) 

• Very good communication skills 

• Ability to communicate written and orally in both English and French an asset 

• International/multi-national campaign management experience a plus 

• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and web UX & UI best practices 

• Candidate must have a high degree of initiative and work with a keen sense of curiosity, motivation, and urgency 

Salary Range 

$80,000/year
