Our client is looking to hire a Controller to manage the financial statement preparation for their real estate construction group.

About the Opportunity

• Maintain a system of controls and financial reporting
• Review, create and implement policy and procedure to ensure efficiency
• Review and present monthly financial and month-end report to Controller
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and review existing monthly activities
• Cash flow projections
• Posting of AP for related companies
• Review Outstanding items of bank rec, investigate and present action plan to controller
• Month-end financial statement preparation
• Budget vs Actual analysis Research discrepancies and present findings to Operations Controller
• Prepare AP listing with recommendations
• Monthly HST preparation  
• Equipment tracking and billing
• Inventory Tracking and spot check
• Prepare preliminary project tracking reports

About You

• CPA
• 4-8 years job related experience within the real estate/construction/manufacturing industry
• Produced full financial statement and experienced with budgeting/forecasting

Salary Range

$100,000 - $120,000/year
