Our client is a global technology leader. They are looking for a Controller who will be responsible for ensuring consistency and timely completion of the Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.

• General ledger maintenance.
• Manage month and year-end closing process.
• Bank account reconciliations.
• Cash management and forecasting.
• Oversee Accounts Payable function/Expense Accounting Cycle.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable function/Revenue Accounting Cycle.
• Commissions reporting and reconciliation.
• Fixed asset management.
• Employee expense report processing and management.
• Monitor and analyze financial data and produce financial statements.
• Support budgeting and forecasting efforts as instructed by the leadership team.
• Ensure proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
• Provide recommendations for accounting best practices.
• Meet financial accounting objectives as set forth by the leadership team.
• Establish and maintain confidential and secure fiscal files and records.
• Leads, manages and maintains accountability for all direct reports, which includes supervising, developing and coaching, as needed, to accomplish the strategic objectives of the business.
• Perform other accounting, financial or administrative tasks as required from time to time including special projects and reports.
• Provide support to Finance Director for annual audit/review.
• Perform full cycle payroll for all employees.
• Administer pension plans as required and annual filings through FSCO.
• GST/HST and other sales tax filings as required.

• CPA or close to completion 
• 5+ years Full Cycle Accounting experience 
• US GAAP or IFRS experience 

Salary Range 
$105,000 - $120,000/year
